Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments to identify the social, emotional, and environmental barriers faced by clients, enabling tailored interventions.
• Develop and implement individualized service plans that specify achievable goals, interventions, and measurable progress monitoring, ensuring alignment with clients' needs.
• Provide expert counseling and support to individuals and families dealing with a myriad of life challenges, helping them gain insight and develop coping strategies.
• Engage clients in collaborative discussions to formulate personalized service plans that efficiently connect them with community resources, enhancing their support network.
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments, aiding clients in safety planning during critical situations to ensure their wellbeing.
• Coordinate with community agencies and organizations for effective service delivery, advocating for resources and support on behalf of clients.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives to promote the services offered by Neuro Behavioral Center and raise awareness of social issues.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
