Key Responsibilities

• Develop individualized service plans that incorporate specific goals, interventions, and methods for monitoring progress over time.
• Engage in meaningful counseling sessions with individuals and families confronting various life difficulties, providing them with strategies for overcoming obstacles.
• Work in tandem with clients to create personalized service plans and navigate through community resources, connecting them with the support systems necessary for positive outcomes.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
