Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough virtual assessments and evaluations to identify client-specific mental health needs, ensuring individualized care plans.
• Design and implement tailored treatment plans that align with the distinct goals and circumstances of each client, grounded in evidence-based practices.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions that promote emotional healing and facilitate open dialogue among participants.
• Collaborate actively with your team, including psychiatrists and wellness coaches, to coordinate comprehensive care strategies and enhance client outcomes.
• Keep meticulous and up-to-date records, documenting client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to reflect changes in their mental health status.
• Engage in continuous professional development by staying informed on mental health trends, treatment modalities, and attending training sessions or certifications relevant to your practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse adult population who are experiencing a range of mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use disorders, and other psychological challenges. Mind Bloom places a strong emphasis on culturally competent care, recognizing the importance of understanding each client's unique background and circumstances. By utilizing a compassionate and empathetic approach, you'll create therapeutic relationships that facilitate trust and openness.

Qualifications

• A valid and unrestricted Clinical Social Worker license (LCSW) in California.
• At least three years of hands-on experience in individual counseling and mental health treatment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of various mental health issues and treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed practices.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Proficiency in using virtual tools and technology for assessments and therapy sessions, adapting to the digital landscape.
• A nurturing and patient-centered approach to care, focused on compassion and support.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a detox center or with clients in recovery from substance use issues.
• Background in group facilitation or community mental health initiatives.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging between $78,000 and $115,000, depending on experience and caseload. In addition to a robust salary, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
