Work Environment

The position is primarily remote, offering flexibility to accommodate varying schedules. Despite the remote setting, you will be an integral part of our outpatient mental health clinic, interacting closely with a team of specialists in a virtual environment. Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, your day-to-day responsibilities will be centered around delivering exemplary psychotherapy services tailored to the needs of your clients. Specific tasks will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to understand patient needs, strengths, and dysfunctions, and formulating targeted treatment plans that incorporate best practices and solution-based interventions.
• Employing various therapeutic methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based practices suitable for different client issues.
• Consistently maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and other regulations, ensuring that patients' privacy and rights are respected.
• Collaborating with medical professionals—including psychiatrists and psychologists—to create a holistic treatment approach for patients, fostering communication that is crucial for effective care.
• Providing ongoing education to clients and their families about mental health challenges, treatment plans, and community resources available for support.
• Participating in peer consultation and case review meetings to enhance care quality and integrate new research findings into practice.
• Managing a full caseload effectively, ensuring each patient meets their treatment goals within a framework that promotes ongoing engagement and investment in their mental health journey.
• Upholding ethical standards set forth by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) while contributing to an environment that values integrity, respect, and professionalism.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families grappling with challenges such as anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, and more. You'll engage with individuals from various backgrounds, tailoring your therapeutic approach to meet their unique needs and cultural contexts. This role demands adaptability, empathy, and a deep understanding of the various socio-economic factors that influence mental health.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid and active LCSW license to practice in Maryland.
• At least three years of clinical experience focused on providing psychotherapy services in a similar setting.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices and commitment to professional development.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for effective documentation and case management.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with telehealth platforms and remote therapy practices.
• Background in crisis intervention and management.
• Knowledge of community resources and networks that support mental health.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience. In addition, we offer a robust benefits package, including:
