Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, you will be responsible for a range of critical functions, including:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate patients' mental health and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implementing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), customized to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and quality of care.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to enhance each patient's treatment experience through coordinated care.
• Engaging in regular case reviews and consultations to refine treatment approaches and drive better patient outcomes.
• Providing educational resources and support to clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and community resources.
• Staying informed of the latest developments in mental health to integrate new strategies into your practice effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clinic serves a diverse clientele, including individuals from various socioeconomic backgrounds, age groups, and cultural identities. Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington state.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience, particularly in providing psychotherapy services.
• Expertise in solution-focused psychotherapy techniques and a strong understanding of evidence-based interventions.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, alongside empathetic interpersonal abilities.
• A problem-solving mindset and the ability to think critically about complex patient situations.

Preferred Experience

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in telehealth services and those who have utilized specialized treatment approaches that align with our clinic's mission. Additionally, familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems will be considered an asset.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually , commensurate with experience. Furthermore, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
