Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) - Full-Time Position

Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, you will have a rich set of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to gather detailed information about clients’ mental health conditions and needs.
• Developing individualized treatment plans utilizing best practices and evidence-based solutions tailored to address the unique challenges faced by each client.
• Providing psychotherapy services using various modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring that interventions align with clients’ preferences and therapeutic goals.
• Documenting all clinical interactions meticulously to meet HIPAA compliance and industry standards while maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of client records.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatric nurses, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to coordinate comprehensive care tailored to each client’s overall needs.
• Engaging in regular consultations and peer reviews to continuously improve the quality of care delivered to clients and enhance professional development.
• Educating patients and their families about mental health issues, potential treatment options, and resources available within the community to promote informed decision-making.
• Staying current with the latest research trends and evidence-based practices in the mental health field to provide informed and relevant care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a varied patient population, including individuals experiencing a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. You will provide care across diverse demographics, understanding the complexities of cultural, social, and personal factors that may impact mental health. Your personalized approach will strive to empower clients by focusing on their strengths and fostering resilience.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited university.
• A valid license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, with a strong emphasis on providing psychotherapy services in varied settings.
• Proficiency in employing evidence-based therapy techniques and familiarity with solution-focused practices.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills necessary for effective client interaction and collaboration with colleagues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to tailor therapeutic approaches that effectively address clients' needs.
• A team-oriented mindset, demonstrating the capability to collaborate effectively in a remote setting.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a virtual care environment, which may include familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.
• Background in working with diverse populations and familiarity with culturally competent practices in mental health.
• Advanced training in specific therapeutic modalities such as EMDR or trauma-focused therapy would be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits
