Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments of patients to identify their unique mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans using evidence-based methodologies.

• Implement therapeutic interventions suited to individual client goals, ensuring regular monitoring of progress to adapt strategies as necessary.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records compliant with healthcare regulations, facilitating continuity of care and safety for our clients.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and nursing staff, to provide integrated care that respects the holistic needs of patients.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
