Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, your primary responsibility will be to deliver individualized psychotherapy services tailored to the unique challenges faced by your clients. Specific duties include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to understand clients' needs and developing personalized treatment plans using evidence-based methods.
• Implementing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused interventions to help clients reach their mental health goals.
• Maintaining precise clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards to ensure the confidentiality and quality of care.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other social workers to coordinate comprehensive care for patients.
• Engaging in regular case consultations and peer review sessions to share knowledge, discuss treatment strategies, and maintain high standards of patient care.
• Providing education and ongoing support to patients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment options, and facilitating access to resources available in the community.
• Staying informed on the latest mental health research and integrating new findings into your practice to enhance treatment effectiveness.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective relationships with clients and colleagues.

Preferred Experience

While not required, candidates with experience in specific therapeutic modalities or work with particular populations—such as children, adolescents, or veterans—will be viewed favorably. Familiarity with telehealth practices is also a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
