Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions using secure, HIPAA-compliant video conferencing tools.
• Employ evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clients’ therapeutic goals.
• Motivate clients to develop healthy coping mechanisms and life skills through structured guidance.
• Continuously assess client progress and modify treatment strategies as necessary, ensuring relevance and effectiveness.
• Document session notes and treatment updates in our electronic health records system to ensure compliance and continuity of care.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Proficient verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to adapt therapeutic techniques to different client situations.
• Experience with virtual therapy platforms is highly desirable.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, a minimum of two years of professional experience in mental health counseling is preferred. Candidates with experience working in outpatient settings and familiarity with a variety of therapeutic modalities will be favored. Compensation and Benefits

The Carolyn Mental Health Clinic offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
