Work Environment

This role is designed for a full-time therapist who will primarily engage with clients in a remote outpatient setting, which allows for flexibility and convenience while maintaining high-quality therapy sessions. Our work culture emphasizes collaboration among professionals while respecting individual autonomy, making it an enriching environment for both therapists and clients. You will work Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, aligning with our clients' schedules, and integrating into our well-structured, customer-focused practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify and evaluate the scope and nature of mental health issues faced by patients, utilizing standardized diagnostic tools and interviews.
• Develop and implement effective, individualized counseling strategies tailored to each patient's specific goals and challenges.
• Utilize evidence-based therapy techniques and stay abreast of innovative treatment approaches to ensure the delivery of the highest-quality care.
• Engage with interdisciplinary teams to enhance service delivery, sharing insights and data to monitor patient progress and refine treatment plans.
• Establish strong therapeutic alliances with patients, creating a safe and supportive environment that fosters open communication and trust.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients you will work with come from diverse backgrounds and present a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. Your role will involve working closely with individuals, couples, and families, helping them navigate their emotional landscapes and achieve their wellness goals. Through personalized care, you will play a crucial part in enhancing their quality of life and overall mental health outcomes.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure in California as a LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT.
• Minimum of two years of professional experience in providing counseling and mental health support.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with diverse client populations.
• Demonstrated capacity to create individualized treatment plans that recognize and prioritize the unique needs of each client.

Preferred Experience

• Experience using telehealth platforms for remote counseling sessions, which would aid in our seamless service delivery model.
• Familiarity with mental health assessment tools and evidence-based treatment methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
