Work Environment

This position is entirely remote, allowing you to conduct your practice from the comfort of your home or any location of your choice. This is an outpatient role, which emphasizes flexibility and convenience for both you and your clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via video chat, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Encourage clients to explore and articulate their emotions and life experiences, fostering a safe space for self-expression.
• Assist clients in setting realistic therapeutic goals and developing actionable plans to achieve them.
• Monitor and evaluate client progress throughout their treatment plans, adjusting strategies as needed to facilitate positive outcomes.
• Provide valuable guidance on healthy coping mechanisms and best practices for mental well-being.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress notes while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients you will support are primarily stable adults seeking psychological guidance and support for various challenges. They may include individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, and more. Our screening process ensures that all clients are matched with the appropriate therapists based on expertise and therapeutic goals, enabling effective collaboration and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Must possess a fully licensed status to practice independently, including any of the following licenses: LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.
• No limited/provisional licenses accepted; applicants must have no disciplinary actions on their record.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect empathetically with diverse clients.
• Proficiency in utilising technology for virtual counseling, comfortable working within a digital therapy platform.

Preferred Experience

Previous experience in an outpatient counseling setting or working with diverse populations is highly beneficial. Additionally, familiarity with telehealth methodologies and virtual therapy practices will enhance your ability to thrive in this role.

• Competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually.
