Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your daily responsibilities will be critical to our clients' mental well-being. You will engage in:

• Conducting thorough assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and developing tailored treatment plans.
• Facilitating individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to promote positive outcomes.
• Documenting sessions accurately and maintaining confidentiality while adhering to ethical guidelines and best practices in mental health care.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals and potentially referring clients to additional resources when required, ensuring comprehensive support for their mental health challenges.
• Regularly evaluating client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve desired results.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
• Valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

Compensation and Benefits
