Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote counseling services by executing evidence-based treatment programs tailored to individual participant needs.
• Track and monitor participants’ progress, offering follow-up communications, care coordination recommendations, and comprehensive documentation of session notes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to assist participants in navigating access to additional resources and complete necessary consent and authorization forms.
• Identify high-risk situations involving participants and respond proactively to ensure their safety, adhering strictly to company protocols.
• Attend regular supervisory meetings as well as monthly team gatherings to share insights and enhance collaborative practices.
• Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA privacy and security guidelines, committing to annual training and compliance requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily involve a diverse patient population seeking support for various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and relationship issues. Our clients come from varying backgrounds, adding layers of complexity to their experiences. Your expertise in addressing these complexities through structured therapeutic interventions is vital in fostering lasting change.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is essential.
• Active, unrestricted Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) within California or as required by state equivalents.
• Availability for a consistent work schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Preferred Experience

• Clinical experience in providing psychotherapy that incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other solution-focused methodologies is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes health care coverage, retirement planning, and paid time off.
