Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and provide therapeutic intervention to clients using evidence-based practices tailored to individual needs.
• Utilize our telehealth platform to connect with clients, ensuring seamless communication and documentation.
• Maintain detailed and organized client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and privacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a licensed therapist at South Pine Counseling Center, you will primarily serve clients who are stable and low-acuity. This focus allows you to employ therapeutic techniques effectively while enjoying a manageable caseload. You will have the opportunity to select up to three specific client demographics, ensuring you work within your preferred therapeutic scope and contribute positively to client outcomes.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
• Must possess independent licensure in California; suitable licenses include:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Licensed Psychologist
• Strong technological capabilities with access to a reliable computer, smartphone, and internet connection.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in providing teletherapy or remote counseling is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms will be beneficial.
• A track record of collaborative work in clinical settings, promoting a team-oriented environment.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 per year, determined by the number of hours worked. Our full-time therapists are also entitled to a monthly stipend to cover medical, dental, and vision benefits.
