Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular psychotherapy sessions through telehealth platforms, addressing a wide array of emotional, mental, and behavioral challenges faced by clients.
• Assess and create individualized treatment plans to address client needs effectively, considering their personal, cultural, and social contexts.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention strategies and support for clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring safety and stability.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant and accurate client records, documenting treatment progress and adjustments in therapy as required.
• Utilize applied behavior analysis techniques and evidence-based methodologies, offering targeted interventions to clients with specific behavioral challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your expert guidance will directly impact a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families who are seeking behavioral health treatment. Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid and active California state licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling, therapist practices, or behavioral health services.
• Proficiency in using telehealth technology and electronic health record systems for managing client interactions and documentation efficiently.
• Demonstrated ability to provide empathetic and effective counseling that adheres to ethical standards and promotes client autonomy.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
