Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging one-on-one video chat therapy sessions, utilizing your clinical expertise to guide clients through their mental health journeys.
• Encourage clients to openly discuss their emotions, experiences, and challenges, fostering deep insights into their mental health and personal dynamics.
• Act as a strong client advocate to help navigate personal goals and develop actionable steps toward achieving them.
• Perform thorough assessments of clients’ mental health conditions, formulating and implementing evidence-based treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.
• Utilize a solution-focused approach that incorporates the latest therapeutic techniques for effective interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily support a diverse group of stable, low-acuity adults facing various mental health issues. Your clients may include individuals seeking guidance for anxiety, depression, stress management, relationship challenges, and personal growth. The collaborative environment fosters an atmosphere where clients feel safe and empowered to explore their mental wellness.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
• Active and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with virtual therapy platforms.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in telehealth or remote counseling is advantageous.
• Strong background in working with diverse populations and a willingness to adapt therapeutic approaches to meet client needs.
• Experience implementing solution-focused treatment plans and conducting effective client assessments.

Compensation and Benefits

Peaceful Minds Therapeutic Services offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually , commensurate with experience and hours worked. In addition to your base salary, we provide:
