Work Environment

Your schedule will typically consist of Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing you to have evenings and weekends free for personal pursuits.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine the unique mental health needs of clients, developing strong therapeutic relationships from the onset.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans designed to foster lasting recovery and personal growth.
• Provide high-quality therapy services utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to address conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Proven ability to build meaningful relationships with clients through effective communication and empathy.
