Work Environment

The position allows for a fully remote work environment, enabling you to engage meaningfully with patients through telehealth platforms. Working from anywhere within the U.S., you will have the flexibility to manage your schedule while adhering to a consistent 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality remote care to participants through structured evidence-based programs.
• Monitor each participant's progress, provide timely follow-up communication, and efficiently document session notes to keep accurate records of patient interactions.
• Actively collaborate as a vital member of the care team, assisting participants in accessing necessary resources and ensuring all required consent and authorization forms are obtained.
• Identify and manage high-risk encounters, responding appropriately to participants presenting elevated safety concerns, and following established company protocols.
• Engage in regular professional development through team meetings, supervision sessions, and town halls, ensuring continuous alignment with organizational objectives.
• Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA privacy and security policies, ensuring compliance with all training requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role emphasizes providing care to a diverse array of patients, many of whom come from historically marginalized backgrounds. Through effective application of evidence-based practices, you will help clients develop practical skills that foster lasting change and healthier lifestyles. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.
• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.
• Ability to maintain a consistent patient schedule for a total of 40 hours each week, ensuring timely and effective patient care.

Preferred Experience

• Clinical experience in conducting psychotherapy is highly desirable, particularly utilizing approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other solution-focused methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits

Safe Horizon Recovery Facility offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
