Key Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individual patient needs, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams as required.
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate client mental health status, history, and treatment goals.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities appropriate to the patient population.
• Utilize telehealth platforms and tools to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans proactively.
• Document all clinical interactions and treatment progress according to Federal, State, and organizational guidelines, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Coordinate care with other providers and community resources to ensure holistic support for each client.
• Participate in supervision and training sessions to continuously improve clinical skills and stay updated on best practices in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The therapist will work with a diverse client population, addressing a wide range of mental health issues among children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. Whether it is managing anxiety, depression, trauma, or other mental health challenges, your role will be integral in facilitating their emotional healing and personal development through tailored therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology with appropriate licensure (LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW) is required.
• Active and valid California license is a must.
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience in therapy, particularly in crisis counseling and outpatient settings, is essential.
• Strong proficiency in using computers and telehealth software platforms; prior experience in telemedicine is highly advantageous.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information and engage with clients.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a multicultural environment and utilizing culturally competent approaches in therapy.
• Proficiency in additional languages is a plus and may benefit patient engagement and therapy effectiveness.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary range of $120,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
