Key Responsibilities

The role of the Licensed Mental Health Therapist encompasses a broad range of responsibilities essential to providing effective care to clients in an outpatient setting. Key duties include:

• Conducting initial comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, ensuring tailored care is devised based on specific client needs.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans utilizing evidenced-based interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to address the unique challenges faced by your clients.
• Maintaining precise and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes by employing our electronic health record (EHR) system, while actively participating in interdisciplinary meetings and case discussions.
• Providing ongoing case management that involves collaboration with other healthcare professionals and community resources to facilitate holistic, comprehensive care for your clients.
• Remaining ethically guided in all aspects of your practice, adhering to professional standards and timely completion of documentation.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse clientele seeking mental health support, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, substance use disorders, and more. By understanding each patient's unique context, you will be equipped to provide empathetic guidance and effective therapeutic interventions that promote healing and resilience. Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A current and valid state license as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in providing mental health services, demonstrating a solid background in therapeutic methodologies and patient engagement.
• A Bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field.
• Availability to work between 10 to 40 hours (sessions) per week, enabling scalability to meet both personal and professional needs.

Preferred Experience

While the minimum qualifications are required, we highly value candidates who possess additional experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Experience with digital healthcare platforms to enhance teletherapy delivery.

Compensation and Benefits
