Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial interviews and assessments to gauge clients' mental health needs.
• Regularly evaluate individual progress and adjust treatment plans based on the synthesis of bio-psychosocial information gathered from clients, families, and relevant stakeholders.
• Utilize evidence-based practices informed by the latest developments in chemical dependency knowledge, ensuring that all interventions align with professional standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will primarily serve clients seeking recovery from chemical dependency as well as those encountering different mental health disorders. Qualifications

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is required.
• Possession of licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is essential.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in a counseling setting is required.

Compensation and Benefits
