Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients, ensuring each individual’s goals are met effectively.
• Engage with clients through individual and group therapy sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities suited to their needs.
• Utilize standardized tools such as the Digital Alliance Scale in every session to gauge session effectiveness and client satisfaction.
• Manage a caseload of motivated clients by efficiently scheduling and maintaining a minimum of 33 patient hours per week.
• Collaborate with colleagues in weekly consultations, contributing to a culture of learning, knowledge sharing, and professional growth.
• Follow documented company procedures for scheduling, charting, and patient onboarding to ensure smooth operational flow.
• Provide comprehensive feedback and ongoing evaluation of each client's treatment progress, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Supervise and mentor associate clinicians, fostering their professional development.

Our clinic serves a diverse client population, providing care to individuals of various ages and backgrounds, all grappling with different types of mental health challenges. Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate Degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling.
• Current licensure in the State of Washington as a LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC is mandatory.
• A minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant clinical experience, demonstrating a solid foundation in mental health counseling.
• Diligent adherence to ethical clinical practices and commitment to upholding company policies.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a community health setting and familiarity with various therapeutic modalities.
• Proficient in telehealth platforms and remote counseling techniques.
• Previous experience with supervision or mentoring of associate clinicians is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
