Work Environment

While our office is based in Everett, our remote work setting allows flexibility in maintaining a healthy work-life balance. You will work Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some scheduling adaptability as patient needs require. Key Responsibilities

As a key player in our clinical team, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, employing evidence-based practices to inform personalized treatment plans for clients.
• Utilize therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and trauma.
• Maintain precise and confidential clinical documentation to ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with a diverse treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate effective client care and optimize therapeutic outcomes.
• Engage in ongoing case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance the quality of care provided, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources.
• Stay current with the latest research and industry advancements to ensure that the care you provide is informed and effective.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you must possess:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State.
• A comprehensive understanding of solution-based psychotherapy techniques to provide tailored interventions that address each individual’s needs.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate effective therapeutic relationships.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex clinical situations.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working in outpatient settings.

Compensation and Benefits
