Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental and emotional state, ensuring an appropriate understanding of their needs.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that align with each client’s goals, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, providing a safe space for clients to explore their challenges.
• Monitor and track client progress meticulously, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as required.
• Offer immediate crisis intervention and support to clients facing emergencies, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA and ethical guidelines.
• Engage in collaborative care by working with a multidisciplinary team to ensure clients receive comprehensive support.
• Stay current with developments in the field by participating in professional conferences and training opportunities.
• Attend regular supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and receive constructive feedback.

Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a comparable field is required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and work collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
