Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations, which include psychosocial assessments, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to understand the mental health status of your patients.
• Work closely with patients to create individualized treatment plans that reflect their unique needs, goals, and cultural backgrounds, ensuring that care is respectful and effective.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as CBT, DBT, and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) in various formats, including individual, couple, family, and group sessions.
• Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to support patients in acute distress.
• Maintain comprehensive clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with clinic policies and regulatory standards.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health management strategies and resources to promote effective coping and recovery.
• Participate actively in a multidisciplinary team to coordinate and optimize the care provided to patients, discussing treatment strategies and updates during regular team meetings.
• Conduct outcome assessments periodically to measure the effectiveness of treatments, adjusting care plans as necessary to improve patient progress.
• Keep up to date with the latest in mental health research, evidence-based practices, and emerging treatment trends to continuously enhance clinical practice.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines in all aspects of practice, respecting patient confidentiality and maintaining a professional standard at all times.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

• The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $84,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
