Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments for clients, gathering vital information to understand their mental health needs and determine the best therapeutic approaches.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clients' goals, addressing issues such as trauma, anxiety, and depression.
• Provide teletherapy sessions using secure platforms, ensuring accessibility for clients dealing with logistical challenges or health concerns.
• Establish and maintain therapeutic goals while consistently monitoring client progress to adjust treatment as necessary.
• Document clinical notes accurately and adhere to ethical standards to maintain compliance with state regulations and best practices.
• Actively engage in continuous professional development by participating in training, workshops, and mentoring opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our diverse client base includes individuals dealing with a wide range of mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, and relationship issues. Qualifications

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated empathy and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational and time-management competencies to manage caseloads effectively.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a private practice setting or outpatient facilities is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches and modalities such as CBT, DBT, or mindfulness-based therapies.
• Knowledge of telehealth practices and technologies for delivering remote therapy.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to a lucrative salary, we provide:
