Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments using evidence-based methodologies to inform tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
• Deliver a variety of therapeutic interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, ensuring clients receive the most appropriate care.
• Maintain detailed and confidential clinical documentation in adherence to HIPAA regulations, ensuring that all patient records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and allied mental health professionals, to provide integrated care and improve patient outcomes.
• Participate in regular clinical meetings for case consultations and peer reviews to refine techniques and enhance the quality of services delivered.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active license to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits
