Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans that reflect evidence-based practices.
• Participate in provider orientation, grasping agency policies and procedures to better serve clients and enhance team dynamics.
• Prepare extensively for client sessions by reviewing case notes and relevant research, ensuring a high level of preparedness for effective intervention.
• Engage in regular supervision through small group meetings, where you will share insights, discuss challenges, and refine treatment methodologies with peers.
• Maintain accurate records, both electronically and in writing, to comply with legal and ethical standards while ensuring continuity of care.
• Collaborate with partner agencies, coordinating services and referrals to provide holistic support to clients.
• Research and implement best practices related to various client conditions as assigned, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the agency’s therapeutic approach.
• Write clear and concise case notes, assessments, and evaluations, documenting progress and areas for continued focus in clients’ mental health journeys.
• Support the therapeutic process by assisting in scoring, interpreting, and reporting psychometric assessments, thereby informing treatment decisions.
• Attend regular staff and clinical meetings to stay informed on agency updates and bidirectional communication between teams.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits
