Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor - Full-Time (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW)

Tranquil Bliss Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated, compassionate Remote Mental Health Counselor to provide high-quality mental health services to a diverse clientele. This full-time position allows you to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your own home, offering you the flexibility to create your own schedule while making a significant impact in the lives of your clients.

Work Environment

This is a fully remote role, which allows our counselors to provide services via telehealth platforms while engaging with clients through secure video chat sessions. Our outpatient office setting facilitates a flexible approach to counseling, targeting low-acuity adult clients who are seeking support without the need for traditional in-person visits. You will be fully equipped with the tools necessary to deliver effective virtual therapy sessions and manage your client caseload efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one video sessions with clients to assess mental health needs and deliver therapeutic interventions.
• Guide clients in discussing their thoughts, feelings, and experiences to enhance self-awareness and relational understanding.
• Act as an advocate for clients by assisting them in setting treatment goals tailored to their unique life circumstances.
• Utilize your clinical expertise to assess clients’ mental health conditions and construct individualized treatment plans using evidence-based methodologies.
• Engage in ongoing communication and collaboration with other therapists within the organization to ensure a cohesive approach to client care.
• Document therapy sessions accurately and maintain client records in accordance with confidentiality regulations and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your practice will primarily focus on adults facing a range of mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to stress management and life transitions. Our clients benefit from therapy that is tailored to their specific needs, and as a counselor, you will play a vital role in helping them develop coping mechanisms and life skills to improve their overall well-being.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling.
• Possession of one of the following independent licenses: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• Strong proficiency in using telehealth technologies and electronic health record systems to manage client documentation.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with adult populations in a clinical environment.
• Demonstrated ability in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices in a remote setting.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature that promote a positive therapeutic relationship with clients.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and hours worked. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer:
