Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ mental health needs, crafting personalized and actionable treatment plans tailored to each individual's circumstances.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions using secure online platforms, ensuring every session is focused on the client's unique goals and aspirations.
• Collaborate with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals, regularly revisiting them to track progress and make adjustments as necessary.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques—ranging from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to mindfulness-based approaches—tailored to each client's preferences and clinical needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and client progress, employing best practices in case management and record-keeping.
• Serve as a resource and advocate for clients, supporting them in navigating community resources and additional support services that may contribute to their overall health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will engage with a diverse range of clients, each facing unique mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your focus will be on building strong therapeutic alliances that encourage client engagement and empowerment. Qualifications

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building rapport with clients in a remote setting.
• A deep sense of empathy, compassion, and understanding for clients dealing with various mental health issues.
• Strong organizational skills, able to manage therapy sessions and documentation effectively from a remote location.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience providing therapy in a remote or telehealth setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and techniques, and a willingness to adapt these approaches to meet clients' evolving needs.
• Background in working with diverse populations and an understanding of culturally sensitive practices in mental health.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $104,000 based on your caseload and experience level.
