Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual mental health counseling ethically and compassionately via video sessions.
• Implement solution-focused therapeutic approaches, adapting strategies to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans that focus on client goals and progress.
• Assist clients in gaining insights into their emotions, thoughts, and relationships, fostering self-awareness.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Inner Harmony Therapy, you will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults addressing a variety of mental health concerns. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in a counseling-related discipline, such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current state-issued mental health counseling license appropriate for independent practice: LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.
• No limited or provisional licenses; candidates should have a clean professional record without disciplinary actions.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills paired with a genuine empathetic nature, enabling strong client relationships.
• Strong computer literacy skills, essential for utilizing telehealth platforms and documentation systems.
• A reliable computer with webcam capabilities and stable internet connection to conduct sessions effectively.

Preferred Experience
