Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your daily activities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, creating tailored treatment plans based on those evaluations.
• Providing individualized therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities that align with clients' specific challenges and goals.
• Monitoring clients' progress in therapy through regular check-ins and adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
• Offering teletherapy sessions to accommodate clients' preferences and logistical challenges, ensuring access to necessary support.
• Maintaining thorough and up-to-date documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in adherence to ethical and regulatory standards.
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development activities to enhance your clinical skills and keep abreast of emerging mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your focus as a counselor will primarily involve working with diverse populations facing varying degrees of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and crisis situations. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a comparable discipline.
• A valid and active license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• The ability to practice independently without the need for supervision post-licensing.

Compensation and Benefits
