Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual video counseling sessions, utilizing your therapeutic skills to assist clients in improving their mental health.
• Guide clients through the exploration of their emotions and experiences, helping them to gain insight into their behaviors and relationships.
• Act as an advocate for your clients, assisting them in identifying personal goals and developing effective strategies to reach those goals.
• Assess clients’ mental health conditions and formulate individualized treatment plans, applying solution-focused methodologies derived from your clinical expertise.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your clients will consist of screened, stable adults presenting low acuity mental health concerns. This focus allows you to provide targeted support without the complexities that often accompany severe mental health cases. We ensure that clients are matched according to your specialties and preferences, fostering a more rewarding therapeutic experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Full licensure by the state board as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). Note: No provisional or limited licenses will be accepted.
• Excellent interpersonal skills complemented by a compassionate approach to client care.
• Proficiency with technology to ensure effective use of our telehealth systems.

Preferred Experience

A minimum of two years of professional experience as a Mental Health Counselor is required. Your prior hands-on experience will support your ability to offer high-quality care to our clients from the onset.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $104,000, based on experience and hours worked.
