Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments during initial consultations, utilizing evidence-based practices to develop tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
• Implement various therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities. Your empathetic approach will foster resilience and encourage clients to engage actively in their healing process.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that all documentation reflects the highest standards of professionalism and ethical practice.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to provide integrated and comprehensive care plans.
• Participate in regular case consultations, peer reviews, and professional development sessions, leveraging team expertise to enhance the quality of care offered to clients.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and community resources, empowering them with knowledge to foster resilience beyond therapy sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse population comprising adults, adolescents, and families facing a range of mental health challenges. Our clinic emphasizes culturally sensitive care, with a focus on understanding each individual’s background and context. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build strong therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and critical thinking to navigate complex client situations effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, valuing the contributions of peers and enhancing the collective expertise of the clinic.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with solution-focused therapy and familiarity with various evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Clinical experience working with diverse populations and addressing a broad spectrum of mental health concerns.
• History of involvement in community outreach or psychoeducation initiatives, enhancing awareness and understanding of mental health.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
