Position Overview

Work Environment

This is a remote position, facilitating a flexible work-life balance while working in an outpatient setting. Our virtual therapy services are delivered through a user-friendly video conferencing platform, enabling seamless interaction with clients and minimizing travel-related stress. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver independent and clinical mental health care, utilizing sound judgment to understand and support patient needs.
• Engage in crisis management to ensure immediate and effective responses to patients in need.
• Utilize strong diagnostic and clinical skills to conduct assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Maintain and document patient records using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) to track treatment progress and ensure each patient receives personalized care.
• Implement a variety of psychotherapy modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and psychodynamic therapy in alignment with patient preferences.
• Monitor client responses to treatment through data-driven approaches, adjusting therapeutic strategies as needed for optimal outcomes.
• Conduct regular follow-up sessions, ensuring clients receive consistent support through weekly or biweekly appointments.
• Collaborate with case management to address additional needs and facilitate comprehensive care solutions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinicians work with a broad spectrum of mental health conditions, including but not limited to Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), anxiety disorders, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), trauma, grief, and related challenges. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) is mandatory.
• Experience with a wide range of mental health disorders and diagnostic assessments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport with clients effectively.
• No history of Medical Malpractice Claims, verified through third-party background checks.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a fast-paced clinical setting, managing diverse patient needs and tolerating interruptions.
• Familiarity with various psychotherapy modalities and commitment to ongoing professional development to stay informed of advancements in mental health treatment.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team atmosphere.
