This position allows the flexibility of a remote work setting while maintaining the responsibilities of an outpatient office therapist. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to evaluate their mental health and emotional well-being, utilizing standardized tools and clinical interviews.
• Develop, implement, and periodically reassess individualized treatment plans that align with each client's specific goals and needs, ensuring a personalized approach.
• Provide a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, to support diverse client populations.
• Monitor client progress closely and adapt treatment plans proactively based on their evolving needs, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness.
• Offer crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute psychological distress, utilizing de-escalation techniques and safety planning.
• Maintain accurate, confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA and other relevant legal and ethical standards, ensuring the integrity of sensitive information.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care and treatment plans.
• Stay current with advances in mental health treatment, participating in training sessions, workshops, and continuing education opportunities to enhance clinical skills.
• Adhere strictly to ethical guidelines and professional standards as outlined by relevant licensing boards and organizations, fostering trust and integrity in client relationships.

Our therapists work with children, adolescents, adults, and families, making each session highly tailored. Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Possession of current New York state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, LCSW-R).
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic skills, and a solid understanding of various therapeutic modalities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
