Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Deliver individual therapy sessions utilizing various therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and other evidence-based practices.
• Set therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients and regularly monitor their progress toward achieving personal milestones.
• Provide flexible teletherapy options to accommodate clients' schedules and preferences, ensuring accessibility for all.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of each client's progress to uphold ethical standards and comply with regulations.
• Participate in regular supervision and consultation meetings with fellow clinicians to enhance your therapeutic skills and approaches.

Qualifications

Preferred Experience
