Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health concerns to identify their needs and develop personalized therapy plans.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches aimed at achieving client goals.
• Educate clients on effective coping strategies, resources, and techniques to enhance their mental well-being and promote self-sufficiency.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to ensure holistic treatment approaches and comprehensive care when necessary.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and progress using electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at The Online Counselor, Ltd, you will work with a diverse client population facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship issues. Qualifications

• A master’s or doctoral degree in a mental health-related field such as psychology, social work, or counseling.
• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in the state of California.
• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in mental health settings, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic practices.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 per year, contingent upon experience and qualifications.
