Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to identify their mental health needs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Facilitate engaging one-on-one therapy sessions with clients using an array of evidence-based modalities tailored to meet their unique circumstances.
• Collaborate closely with clients to set therapeutic goals and consistently monitor their progress throughout the course of treatment.
• Provide teletherapy options to clients, ensuring that those who face barriers to in-person appointments receive necessary support.
• Document patient interactions accurately and promptly to comply with ethical and regulatory standards, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and stay abreast of the latest developments in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with adolescents and young adults, addressing a diverse range of mental health challenges. Your expertise in navigating the complexities of youth mental health will be vital in providing the support and guidance they need during pivotal life transitions.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• Valid and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
• Advanced proficiency in technology, including experience with Google Suite and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, complemented by professionalism and a neat appearance in virtual sessions.
• Demonstrated warm and empathic engagement skills with clients, promoting a trusting therapeutic relationship.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Experience in delivering telehealth services, particularly with adolescents and young adults.
• A willingness to undergo training in our specific evidence-based care pathways.
• Certification(s) in evidence-based practices such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) are a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently from home with a reliable internet connection, ensuring patient confidentiality and privacy.

Compensation and Benefits

• This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $52,000 to $70,000 per year , based on your experience and caseload.
