Work Environment

As a fully remote position, you will have the opportunity to work from home while engaging with clients through telehealth platforms. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver virtual therapy sessions utilizing various digital platforms, ensuring effective communication and engagement.
• Assess client needs and concerns in initial sessions, collaboratively developing tailored treatment plans that outline clear therapeutic goals.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused strategies, to help clients navigate their mental health challenges.
• Foster a supportive and non-judgmental client-therapist relationship by providing a safe space for clients to express their thoughts and feelings.
• Document client sessions diligently, maintaining accurate records to track progress and ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in regular team meetings and supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and contribute to case discussions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse population of clients seeking mental health support, including adolescents, adults, and families dealing with various issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. Your role will be pivotal in providing culturally competent care that respects the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• Must hold a valid California license as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC, ensuring compliance with all state regulations for mental health professionals.
• Proficiency in digital therapy platforms and virtual counseling technologies is necessary to facilitate seamless client interactions.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health counseling setting, indicating a solid foundation in therapeutic practices.
• Experience working with a variety of mental health issues and diverse clientele, showcasing adaptability in therapeutic approaches.
• Familiarity with telehealth billing procedures and insurance platforms is an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary range of $110,000 - $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
