Work Environment

This role is a fully remote position allowing flexibility and comfort while maintaining a strong connection with your team members and clients. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate individual needs, strengths, and challenges, forming the basis for tailored treatment plans.
• Implement and evaluate the effectiveness of therapy interventions, continuously monitoring client progress toward defined objectives.
• Adapt treatment strategies based on real-time feedback and shifts in client status to ensure optimal care outcomes.
• Collaborate with psychiatric consultants for diagnostic evaluations and medication management when necessary.
• Maintain productivity goals established during annual performance evaluations while delivering high-quality clinical care.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, including case managers and healthcare providers, to create holistic treatment and discharge plans that align with psychosocial assessments and best practices in social work.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily be working with clients who have developmental disabilities and varying special needs. This role demands an understanding of the complex challenges faced by this population, such as communication barriers and emotional regulation difficulties. Your ability to build rapport and trust within often sensitive contexts will enhance treatment efficacy and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• A minimum of three years of experience working in an outpatient mental health setting, demonstrating proficiency in conducting assessments and delivering therapeutic interventions.
• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Valid licensure in the state of California as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of fostering professional relationships with colleagues and clients.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to ensure clear articulation of treatment plans and client progress.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with teletherapy or remote counseling practices.
• Specialized training in therapeutic approaches tailored to developmental disabilities or related fields.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms that enhance client engagement and data management.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 120,000 and 130,000 annually, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
