Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments through virtual consultations to understand each client's unique challenges and strengths, laying the groundwork for effective treatment.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans using tailored evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to promote personal growth and emotional resilience.
• Establish therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and continuously monitor their progress, adapting strategies as needed to optimize outcomes.
• Utilize teletherapy tools to provide accessible and flexible virtual therapy sessions, addressing barriers to care for clients in diverse situations.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of sessions and treatment plans to uphold ethical standards and ensure compliance with state regulations.
• Engage in regular professional development activities, including attending workshops, webinars, and conferences to stay informed about the latest best practices in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on youth and their families dealing with various mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and adjustment difficulties. Qualifications

• Active and valid license in California as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Psychologist.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients.
• Exemplary empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach essential for fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship.
• Organizational and time-management skills to efficiently manage a caseload while providing high-quality care.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in clinical mental health counseling, with a focus on youth and families preferred.
• Experience with teletherapy platforms and a strong comfort level with technology for virtual treatment modalities.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing treatment plans based on individual client needs.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with your caseload and experience. You will also benefit from:
