Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging remote therapy sessions with clients, utilizing our online platform to facilitate a productive therapeutic environment.
• Assess client needs accurately and develop tailored treatment plans that reflect individual goals and challenges.
• Monitor and document client progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans based on feedback and observed results to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring high fidelity in patient information.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, and peer support, to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Stay informed about best practices in the mental health field and adhere to relevant policies and regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will primarily focus on individual clients seeking mental health support. This may include individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other psychological challenges. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in their lives by helping them navigate their mental health journeys.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a closely related field.
• Active licensure in the state of California as a mental health therapist, such as:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Licensed Psychologist (PsyD)
• Demonstrated experience providing individual therapy to diverse client populations.
• Proficient with remote therapy technologies and comfortable with conducting sessions through digital platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and collaborate with team members.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in using evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and similar documentation workflows.
• Background in working with specialized populations, including youth, veterans, or families.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
