Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices and align with client goals.
• Engage in the creation and implementation of pre-crisis and crisis intervention plans, providing essential support during high-stress situations.
• Utilize a variety of clinical tools, including risk assessments and positive behavioral support plans, to ensure high-quality care delivery.
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of clinical interactions in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance the effectiveness of treatment strategies and contribute to community health initiatives.

Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• Completion of a full-time clinical internship in a recognized mental health setting is necessary.
• Must be license-eligible in the State of New York and have a valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients rapidly.
• A genuine capacity for active listening, providing empathy while guiding clients toward their personal wellness goals.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage documentation and client care strategies effectively.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, complemented by a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
