Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand each client's unique circumstances and create personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Facilitate dynamic one-on-one therapy sessions and therapeutic group discussions on various topics including anxiety management, trauma recovery, and relationship counseling.
• Work closely with other healthcare providers to ensure holistic and integrated support for clients, referring them to additional services as needed.
• Engage in ongoing education and training opportunities to remain current with best practices, therapeutic modalities, and industry developments.
• Contribute meaningful insights and strategy proposals to enhance program retention rates and enhance service delivery outcomes through teamwork and innovation.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• An active, state-issued license or certification such as LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT is required.
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience working directly with individuals facing emotional and psychological challenges in clinical settings.

Preferred Experience

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly, fostering trust and openness with clients.
• Experience with electronic medical records systems is preferred, enabling effective documentation and tracking of client progress.

Compensation and Benefits

• A competitive annual salary ranging from $78,000 to $115,000, based on your experience and client caseload.
