Key Responsibilities

• Conduct full assessments and evaluations to gain a deep understanding of clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools and therapeutic interviews.
• Design and implement tailored treatment plans that adhere to best practices and the unique requirements of each client.
• Provide evidence-based individual therapy sessions to adult clients, using solution-focused approaches to ensure effective outcomes.
• Utilize teletherapy platforms to deliver virtual sessions while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse array of adult clients facing various mental health challenges. Your expertise will enable you to provide support for issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Demonstrated empathy and a non-judgmental stance, crucial for effective therapeutic relationships.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively to balance caseloads.
• No disciplinary actions on record with relevant licensing boards.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is required, candidates with additional experience in teletherapy or specialized areas of mental health treatment will be highly regarded. Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and approaches will also enhance your candidacy.
