Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical best practices.
• Deliver therapeutic services through secure virtual platforms, utilizing evidence-based techniques tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
• Collaborate with clients to set therapeutic goals, providing persistent support and adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to meet clients' evolving needs.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation of client progress and session notes, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and state regulations.
• Engage in regular supervision and peer collaboration to enhance therapeutic skills and maintain clinical competency.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your counseling practice will involve working with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges, encompassing anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. You will work empathetically with individuals from different cultural backgrounds and experiences, adapting interventions to respect their unique perspectives and needs. Qualifications

• Possession of a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology required.

• Excellent organizational skills to manage therapy sessions and client documentation effectively while working remotely.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in the mental health field is required, ideally in a telehealth or remote counseling setting.
• Experience with a variety of therapeutic modalities and an ability to incorporate these into bespoke treatment plans.
