Work Environment

This role primarily involves remote work, enabling you to create a comfortable and productive home office. Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive mental health assessments using established diagnostic tools to identify patients' psychological needs and formulate appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual circumstances.
• Deliver focused, short-term individual counseling sessions and crisis intervention strategies to patients experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders.
• Organize and facilitate engaging therapy groups and workshops that promote personal development and address relevant topics such as coping skills, stress management, and interpersonal skills.
• Collaborate closely with a wide array of healthcare professionals, including medical staff, social workers, and community agencies, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Participate in outreach initiatives that aim to increase mental health awareness and reduce stigma, which may include planning community workshops and wellness fairs.
• Maintain meticulous patient records in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards to safeguard patient confidentiality.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily focus on youth and families navigating various mental health issues. You will support children, adolescents, and their caregivers, employing an empathetic, culturally competent approach that recognizes their unique needs within the context of community and family dynamics. Qualifications

• Must possess an active state license, such as LCSW, LCSW-R, LMFT, LMHC, or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Bachelor’s degree is required, with a Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field preferred.
• Demonstrable understanding of the mental and emotional challenges specific to youth and familial settings, with an emphasis on community health integration.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to engage effectively with patients and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred Experience
