Work Environment

This position is predominantly remote, offering you the convenience of working from your home office while still being connected to a dynamic team of professionals. You'll have access to an outpatient office setting for in-person sessions as needed. Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a positive, trusting relationship with clients to facilitate optimal therapeutic outcomes.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose various mental health disorders and create personalized treatment plans that address each client's specific needs.
• Lead individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities and techniques tailored to the target audience.
• Regularly meet with clients to review progress, make necessary adjustments to treatment plans, and set achievable therapy goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress tracking to comply with legal and ethical guidelines.
• Provide referrals to specialized services or resources when necessary, ensuring clients receive comprehensive care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay updated on best practices and new approaches in mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse client population, including individuals, couples, and families navigating various mental health challenges. From anxiety and depression to relationship issues and trauma, you will employ your expertise to provide tailored support. Additionally, you will work closely with clients from different backgrounds, ensuring cultural competence and sensitivity in all therapeutic engagements.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.
• Active State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) is mandatory.
• Strong communication skills and a dedication to fostering a positive therapeutic environment.
• Proficiency in managing organizational tasks and time efficiently to support both client engagement and administrative responsibilities.

Preferred Experience

While experience with individual and group therapy is beneficial, we value candidates who demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and grow in the field. A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is a plus, as is previous experience employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities and tools. Familiarity with telehealth practices is also advantageous, as many sessions may occur via virtual platforms.

Compensation and Benefits

Our competitive salary range for this role is USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
