Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough mental health assessments and screenings to identify clients' concerns and create personalized treatment strategies.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that cater to the specific needs and objectives of each client.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based techniques.
• Engage with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate and ensure comprehensive care for clients, regularly updating treatment strategies based on client progress.
• Support clients' families by providing educational resources and promoting their active participation in the therapeutic process.
• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with both regulatory requirements and ethical standards, utilizing EHR systems to enhance efficiency.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A current, valid state license in Arizona as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or as a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related mental health field.
• Demonstrated expertise in mental health counseling through specialized training or substantial hands-on experience.

Compensation and Benefits
